ZLINE Kitchen and Bath Third-Party Reseller Policy

ZLINE Kitchen and Bath (“ZLINE”) is committed to growing its network of Authorized Resellers while enforcing policies that ensure sales of ZLINE’s expansive collection of industry-leading appliances and fixtures are carried out appropriately. 

ZLINE has an established Third Party Reseller Policy for listing, selling, advertising, and marketing ZLINE products. Authorized Resellers must agree to the terms and conditions of the following policy, which includes specific clauses for certain online retailers: 

Amazon.com

• ZLINE product listings must advertise a standard 5-7 business day shipping window or, at minimum, 5 business days from completion of an order. No 2-day shipping or express shipping options are allowed.
• Under no circumstances may Amazon-provided discounts, including Amazon Prime, be applied to ZLINE product listings.
• Authorized Sellers shall not activate Amazon's CPT ("Competitive Price Threshold") for any ZLINE product listing. Authorized Sellers are required to deactivate all automatic discounts and may additionally need to contact Amazon for help disabling any automatic repricing tools.
• Authorized Resellers must share their storefront name and seller name with ZLINE prior to being granted approval to sell on Amazon.
• Authorized Resellers shall not sell ZLINE products utilizing Amazon’s FBA (“Fulfillment by Amazon”) service. All orders must be placed on ZLINE Vendor (zlinevendor.com) or ZLINE Dealer (zlinedealer.com), referred to by Amazon as FBM (“Fulfilled by Merchant”).
• Should Amazon make any price change to a ZLINE product listing that falls below ZLINE’s Minimum Advertised Price (MAP), Authorized Sellers are responsible for ensuring the listing price meets ZLINE’s MAP standards. Failure to do so may result in a violation of ZLINE’s Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) Policy.
• The following ZLINE inventory shall not be sold on Amazon:
• Built-in refrigeration products.
• Multiple appliances or plumbing fixture bundles.
• Accessories/parts including, but not limited to, chimneys, extensions, crown moldings, and trim kits.

Walmart.com

• All automatic discounts provided by Walmart shall be deactivated prior to any ZLINE product listing.
• If selling under a different name with Walmart, an Authorized Reseller must notify ZLINE of the name and obtain authorization from ZLINE prior to listing.

eBay.com

• Authorized Resellers shall not list or sell new ZLINE products on Ebay.
• Authorized Resellers seeking to sell open-boxed products on eBay must obtain authorization from ZLINE prior to any listing.

Under no circumstances may an Authorised Reseller sell, list, advertise, or market ZLINE products on Facebook Marketplace, Discount Bandit, Craigslist, or any other third-party online discount shopping service or third-party digital marketplace deemed inappropriate by ZLINE.

If an Authorized Reseller wishes to sell ZLINE products through a third party and is unsure if doing so violates this policy, the Authorized Reseller must obtain authorization from ZLINE prior to any action.

All Authorized Resellers must abide by the terms and conditions for pricing outlined in ZLINE’s MAP Policy when selling, listing, advertising, or marketing products on any third-party e-commerce store or at any appliance retail location. ZLINE’S MAP Policy may be accessed here:

ZLINE reserves the right to make changes to its products and modify the Third-Party Reseller Policy at any time without notice.

ZLINE will deal with violations of its Third-Party Reseller Policy on a case-by-case basis and reserves the right to permanently terminate an Authorized Reseller’s affiliation with ZLINE, as well as their ability to purchase ZLINE products — both direct and through distribution — in the future if deemed necessary and at the sole discretion of ZLINE.
